ADVFN plc (GB:AFN) has released an update.
ADVFN plc has announced the issuance of new share options to directors and management as part of a new scheme, representing about 3.16% of the company’s issued share capital. Executive directors received options at an exercise price of 13p, a 24% premium over the last mid-market share price. Additionally, the company issued 280,000 Compensation Shares to non-executive directors following shareholder approval.
