ADVFN Director Bolsters Shareholding

ADVFN plc (GB:AFN) has released an update.

ADVFN plc has disclosed that non-executive director Anthony Wollenberg recently increased his stake in the company by purchasing 60,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 12.875p each. This acquisition, along with a forthcoming issue of 140,000 new shares to Wollenberg, will result in his ownership of 200,000 shares, representing 0.43% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital.
