Adventus Holdings Limited has partnered with InterContinental Hotels Group (Vietnam) to manage their Danang, Vietnam hotel for 25 years starting December 2024, transitioning from its subsidiary Bay Hospitality Pte. Ltd. This agreement is not expected to materially impact the company’s financial performance for the year. The agreement marks a strategic move to leverage IHG Vietnam’s expertise in hotel management and technical services.
