The company has decided to withdraw certain resolutions, including the removal of Mr. Chong as an independent director and the removal of any director appointed between April 29, 2025, and the EGM date. This decision follows Mr. Chong’s resignation and the appointment of Mr. Sng as a director, which was supported by the majority of the Board after rectifying a non-disclosure issue regarding Mr. Sng’s employment relationship with a subsidiary.
