Advanced Gold Raises $977,000, Acquires Nevada Silver Belle Project and Streamlines Structure

Advanced Gold Exploration Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $977,000 through the issuance of 4,885,000 units priced at $0.20, each comprising one common share and a half warrant exercisable at $0.30, with proceeds directed to general corporate and working capital needs. The financing, which included a related party subscription under MI 61-101 exemptions and finder fees in cash and broker warrants, strengthens the company’s balance sheet as it advances its project portfolio.

The company has also issued 1,500,000 common shares as partial consideration to acquire the Silver Belle Project in Eureka County, Nevada, expanding its footprint beyond Canada into a well-known U.S. mining jurisdiction. In a parallel move to simplify its structure and cut administrative costs, Advanced Gold completed a vertical short-form amalgamation with wholly owned subsidiary Talisker Gold Corp., cancelling the subsidiary’s shares while leaving the parent’s share capital and Canadian Securities Exchange listing unchanged, with no material impact on day-to-day operations.
