Advanced Gold Exploration Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $286,500 through the issuance of flow-through and non-flow-through units. The funds will support exploration activities at the company’s Buck Lake property, a copper-zinc project in Ontario. The securities issued come with the potential for shareholders to purchase additional shares at a set price for a period of five years.
