Advance United Holdings ( (TSE:AUEX) ) has shared an announcement.
Advanced Gold Exploration has paused its current diamond drill program at the Buck Lake project in Northern Ontario for a winter break after three holes intersected VMS-style mineralization along the targeted stratigraphic horizon, confirming the presence of massive and stringer sulphides as well as quartz veining associated with base-metal mineralization. A total of 163 core samples from these holes are being sent for laboratory analysis as the company builds on a 2022 program that intersected copper and zinc mineralization in most holes and outlined a high-grade VMS zone, with an airborne VTEM geophysical survey planned for early 2026 to better define additional targets over the largely untested EM anomaly and eight other prospective areas, underscoring Buck Lake’s potential and aligning with growing exploration activity in the region.
