Advance Metals Limited has announced the successful passage of all resolutions in its recent General Meeting, with each motion receiving overwhelming support from the shareholders through a poll. Key resolutions included the ratification of prior Tranche 1 placement shares, approval for new share and option issuances under Tranche 1 and 2 placements, and specific approvals for issuances to named individuals, all of which garnered high approval rates of over 98%.
