Aduro Clean Technologies ( (TSE:ACT) ) has shared an update.

Aduro Clean Technologies reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results highlighting progress in scaling and commercializing its Next Generation Process pilot plant, which has moved from commissioning into active operating campaigns to generate continuous data and test real-world feedstocks. The company also advanced its First-of-a-Kind industrial project at the Chemelot site and took early steps toward establishing a licensing package, integrating pilot operations, engineering work, and partner engagement to support future industrial deployment.

Financially, revenue for the quarter was nil but year-to-date revenue rose modestly, reflecting the non-recurring nature of customer evaluation programs, while losses from operations widened year-to-date due to higher non-cash charges, R&D, scale-up activities, staffing, and listing-related costs. Adjusted EBITDA remained negative, but Aduro significantly strengthened its balance sheet, boosting cash to $39.42 million and increasing property, plant, and equipment to $9.6 million, largely funded by a U.S. public offering that enhances its ability to support pilot operations, FOAK development, and commercialization initiatives.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:ACT) stock is a Buy with a C$22.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Aduro Clean Technologies stock, see the TSE:ACT Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on ACT Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ACT is a Neutral.

The score is mainly held down by very weak financial performance (large losses and sustained cash burn off a very small revenue base) and bearish technicals (price below all key moving averages with negative MACD and weak momentum). Low leverage provides some balance-sheet support, while valuation is not clearly supportive due to a loss-driven negative P/E and no dividend yield.
