Adslot Ltd has applied to the ASX for quotation of 57,287,670 new fully paid ordinary shares issued under its Director Fees Plan, an employee incentive scheme covering the quarter ended 31 December 2025 and previously approved by shareholders at the company’s 2024 annual general meeting. The additional shares, to be quoted from 28 January 2026, will modestly increase the company’s issued capital base and reflect its continued use of equity-based remuneration to align director incentives with shareholder interests.
