Adslot Ltd has launched a capital raise of $2.4 million through a 3:4 accelerated pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer at a price of $0.001 per share. The capital will be employed to boost working capital, reinforce the company’s balance sheet, and fund ongoing commercial projects. Key directors have committed to partially underwrite the retail portion of the offer, which is available exclusively to eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders.
