Adslot Ltd Announces Director’s Final Shareholding

Adslot Ltd (AU:ADS) has released an update.

Adslot Limited has informed the ASX of the final interests held by departing director Benjamin Dixon. Dixon, who left the company on September 6, 2024, held 19,973,750 ordinary shares and 5,697,265 unlisted options directly, and an additional 83,215,925 shares and 12,513,675 options through Ambleside Ventures Pty Ltd. No further interests in contracts were reported in connection with Dixon’s departure.
