Adslot Ltd (AU:ADS) has released an update.
Adslot Ltd announced the resignation of CEO Ben Dixon, who has led the company since 2018 and will stay as an advisor until year’s end to ensure a smooth transition. Ben Loiterton has been appointed as the Interim CEO and will focus on leveraging Adslot’s unique digital media platforms to strengthen the company’s commercial capabilities. The Board has also agreed to take their compensation in equity to support the company’s path to breakeven.
