ADS-TEC Energy ( (ADSE) ) has issued an update.

On April 13, 2026, ADS-TEC Energy reported preliminary, unaudited 2025 results showing revenue plunging to €31.6 million from €110 million in 2024, hit by the insolvency of a key legacy EV-charging customer and a strategic pivot that has yet to fully convert into sales. The operating loss widened sharply to €56.7 million, including a €10.2 million inventory write-down, though service revenue nearly doubled to €10.3 million, and the company ended 2025 with €7 million in cash after redeeming $27.9 million of senior secured convertible notes in November.

Management framed 2025 as a transition year in which ADS-TEC expanded its customer base to over 100 charging clients, launched its commercial and industrial energy line in the third quarter with an order backlog of about €9 million, and advanced a multi-gigawatt battery project in southern Germany toward a planned ready-to-build milestone in 2026. The company also began rolling out own-and-operate installations, grew its base to more than 330 long-term service contracts, completed an SAP rollout to support scaling, and engaged advisers to explore up to €125 million in new debt financing as it seeks a more stable, recurring revenue model and long-term capital structure.
