Adriatic Metals PLC has completed the issuance of 18,254,838 ordinary shares, advancing their significant Vares Silver Project in Bosnia & Herzegovina and the Raska Project in Serbia. The company has adhered to all relevant financial regulations and confirms there is no undisclosed ‘excluded information’ currently. With first concentrate production achieved in February 2024, the Vares Silver Operation is on track for nameplate production by Q4 2024, while exploration continues across a promising concession area.
