Adore Beauty Group Limited has announced a change in the economic interest held by Woodson Capital Management, LP, with a reduction of approximately 1.49% due to the unwinding of cash settled total return swaps. The investment firm now has a 2.56% stake in the e-commerce beauty giant. The change was disclosed in compliance with the Australian Takeovers Panel’s guidelines.
