AD1 Holdings Ltd ( (AU:AD1) ) has provided an announcement.
AdNeo Limited’s Learnt platform has secured a five-year enterprise agreement with Amplitude Energy to design, deploy and host the Amplitude Energy Academy, a national digital learning and communications platform for up to 1,000 users across Australia. The deal, worth about $246,400 excluding GST, combines an implementation fee with recurring annual licence revenue, underscoring AdNeo’s growing footprint in energy-sector workforce training.
The platform will support onboarding, safety and compliance, technical pathways and leadership development via a fully branded interface, SCORM-compliant modules, credentialling tools and communication features. While the contract value covers only platform and implementation fees and includes a six-month post–go-live termination option, AdNeo sees substantial upside in bespoke courseware development, positioning the agreement as a strategic, multi-year relationship that strengthens its enterprise pipeline and reinforces its workforce lifecycle offering in a structurally demanding sector.
