Aditxt, Inc. Merger with Evofem Biosciences Falls Through

Aditxt, Inc. (ADTX) has issued an announcement.

Aditxt, Inc. had previously announced its plans to merge with Evofem Biosciences, Inc., with the latter set to become a subsidiary of Aditxt. However, due to Aditxt’s inability to deliver the initial equity investment required, Evofem has exercised its right to terminate the merger agreement effective immediately, disrupting the anticipated consolidation within the industry.
