DC Two Ltd. ( (AU:AI1) ) has issued an announcement.
Adisyn has secured exclusive worldwide commercialisation rights to graphene-based radar signature reduction technology from Ramot, the technology transfer arm of Tel Aviv University. The binding Licence and Research Agreement replaces a prior option deal and gives the company long-term access to current and future intellectual property under defined economic terms.
The technology integrates graphene and other 2D materials into structural composites to absorb and dissipate radar signals, with lab tests showing about 20dB, or roughly 100-fold, reduction in radar return and a development target of around 30dB. A 12-month, sub-AU$100,000 research program led by Tel Aviv University will focus on optimising performance, building and integrating prototypes into drones, and validating manufacturability and scalability, positioning Adisyn to capitalise on growing global demand for stealth solutions in UAV and defence markets.
