Adelong Gold Limited announced a binding agreement to settle its outstanding loan with Cosmo Gold Ltd. by receiving over $500,000 worth of shares and options in Sarama Resources Ltd. This strategic move allows Adelong Gold to maintain an interest in Sarama’s promising gold project while also supporting the development of their own gold and rare earth projects. The agreement is nearing completion with many conditions already met, paving the way for Adelong Gold to potentially recover the majority of its investment in Cosmo.
