Adelong Gold Limited has announced a non-binding agreement to settle its outstanding loan with Cosmo Gold by accepting equity in Sarama Resources Ltd. This settlement includes 25 million shares and options in Sarama, contingent on the successful transfer of Cosmo’s project interest and other conditions. The deal aims to recover Adelong’s loan to Cosmo, which amounts to approximately $1.54 million.
