Addvalue Technologies Ltd successfully held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) with a quorum present, on 6 March 2024, at their Singapore location. The meeting’s proceedings were conducted by Chairman Mr. Richard John Denny, with key Directors and the CFO, who also serves as Company Secretary, in attendance. Resolutions from the agenda, previously issued to shareholders on 13 February, were put to vote by way of poll.
