The company will merge its Audit Committee and Risk Committee into a single Audit & Risk Committee and has revealed new appointments, including Mr. Chua Chwee Koh to the ARC, Mr. Paul C Burke to the Nominating and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Richard J Denny as its new chairman.
