Addvalue Technologies Ltd has announced organizational changes effective from March 31, 2024, including the resignation of Mr. Wong Ming Ghee, Bernard as Independent Director and the consequent reshuffling of board committee members. The company will merge its Audit Committee and Risk Committee into a single Audit & Risk Committee and has revealed new appointments, including Mr. Chua Chwee Koh to the ARC, Mr. Paul C Burke to the Nominating and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Richard J Denny as its new chairman.
