Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Ltd. has entered into an agreement to sell its iron mine assets, including mining and exploration rights as well as production facilities, for a total consideration of RMB 314.48 million. The deal is classified as a very substantial disposal and is subject to approval by shareholders under the Listing Rules. Investors are cautioned as the agreement is contingent on certain conditions being met.
