Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Ltd. has announced the renewal of mining rights for two of its key mines, Yangzhuang Iron Ore Mine and Zhuge Shangyu Ilmenite Ore Mine, through its subsidiary Shandong Ishine Mining. The company also acknowledged a failure to meet certain reporting and approval requirements as per the Listing Rules, attributing it to an inadvertent oversight while considering the administrative nature of the renewal process. Despite this lapse, the company maintains that it did not intend to disregard compliance obligations.
