Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Ltd. ( (HK:2623) ) has shared an announcement.

Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Limited has formed a new investment partnership with subsidiaries Shenzhen Xinlong and Jiangxi Xintongying, alongside Beijing Shiji as general partner, to invest in Baojia Mining, a non-ferrous metals miner in Guixi City, Jiangxi. The partners initially committed RMB63 million and subsequently agreed to inject an additional RMB158 million, with further commitments of up to RMB298 million to support future capital needs and acquisitions.

The aggregated capital commitments make the arrangement a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong listing rules, requiring reporting and announcement but not shareholder approval. Trading in the company’s shares was suspended on 26 March 2026 for publication of this announcement and will remain halted pending a further notice on another notifiable transaction containing inside information, signaling a potentially significant expansion of its mining-related investment portfolio.
