Adcore Shareholders Show Strong Support at AGM

Adcore (TSE:ADCO) has released an update.

Adcore Inc., a leading e-commerce advertising management company, has successfully concluded its annual general meeting, resulting in the unanimous re-election of all five director nominees. Shareholder confidence was high as evidenced by the near-universal approval for each director, with over 99% votes in favor. Additionally, the appointment of the firm Ziv Haft as Adcore’s auditor was overwhelmingly approved with a 98.82% affirmative vote.
