Adbri Limited has confirmed the legal effectiveness of its Scheme of Arrangement, following approval by the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Shares not owned by the Barro Group will be acquired by CRH ANZ Pty Ltd, with trading of Adbri shares on the ASX expected to be suspended from today’s close. On the anticipated implementation date of July 1, 2024, Adbri shareholders will receive a cash payment of $3.20 per share held as of June 21, 2024.
