Adbri Limited Hosts Key Acquisition Vote Meeting

ADBRI (AU:ABC) has released an update.

Adbri Limited has convened a Scheme Meeting to vote on a proposed acquisition by CRH ANZ Pty Ltd of shares not owned by Barro Group, which is taking place in Adelaide and can be attended in person or viewed via live webcast. The meeting will decide the fate of the acquisition through a poll, with results to be announced post-meeting. Independent Adbri shareholders are entitled to vote, and the meeting is facilitated by Adbri’s Independent Board Committee.
