Adastra Holdings Ltd., a key player in Canada’s cannabis market, has appointed its CFO Lachlan McLeod as the Interim CEO, while concurrently serving as Corporate Secretary. McLeod has been instrumental in Adastra’s financial growth since January 2023 and will lead the company until a permanent CEO is appointed. Additionally, the company is seeking a new Board Director following the resignation of Smoke Wallin, who departs to focus on other business ventures.
