Adastra Holdings Ltd., a prominent Canadian cannabis processor, has announced the resignation of Lachlan McLeod from his interim roles as CEO, CFO, and Corporate Secretary. McLeod will continue as CFO and Corporate Secretary until November 25, 2024, to aid in the transition while the company searches for his replacements.
