AdaptHealth (AHCO) has shared an announcement.
AdaptHealth Corp. announced the upcoming resignation of its President, Joshua Parnes, effective August 31, 2024, although he will remain as a non-executive Board member until the end of the year. A transition and separation agreement outlines his severance and bonus entitlements, while Parnes commits to a general release of claims and adherence to previous restrictive covenants. Concurrently, the company has appointed Dale Wolf as the new Chair of the Board starting July 1, 2024, succeeding Richard Barasch.
