Adani Enterprises Subsidiary Secures Majority Stake in D P Jain Toll Roads

Adani Enterprises Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Road Transport Limited, has completed the acquisition of 51% of the equity share capital of D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited. The transaction, executed under an existing share purchase agreement, gives Adani effective control of the toll road company as of February 10, 2026.

The remaining stake in D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited, currently held by D P Jain & Co Infrastructure Private Limited and DPJ-DRA Tollways Private Limited, is slated to be acquired in line with the agreement, subject to conditions precedent and regulatory approvals. The deal strengthens Adani’s position in the road and toll infrastructure segment, signaling continued expansion in India’s transport sector and potential long-term growth in its infrastructure portfolio.
