Adani Enterprises Limited ( (IN:ADANIENT) ) has provided an update.

Adani Enterprises Limited reported its audited results for the quarter and fiscal year ended 31 March 2026, highlighting consolidated EBITDA of Rs. 16,464 crore and total income up 3% year-on-year to Rs. 1,02,943 crore. The company said 80% of EBITDA now comes from core infrastructure incubation and mining services businesses, underscoring a structural shift towards stable, long-term contracted earnings.

Management emphasized that the incubation portfolio has moved past the initial investment and stabilization phases, improving visibility of sustained cash generation and potential value unlocking. Operationally, the group reported decisive progress on major assets including Navi Mumbai International Airport, Guwahati Airport and the Ganga Expressway, with the latter—India’s largest greenfield expressway—inaugurated after completion in under three and a half years.

In roads, Adani Enterprises added three new projects, comprising one Hybrid Annuity Model and two Toll-Operate-Transfer concessions, further deepening its presence in transport infrastructure. The company also highlighted that Adani Wind has become the only Indian firm in the top 15 global wind turbine manufacturers, while AdaniConnex expanded its footprint by handing over an additional 4.8 MW data centre capacity in Hyderabad, taking its operational capacity to more than 55 MW.
