AdAlta Limited reported a 10.9% increase in its annual loss, amounting to $5,381,269, with no revenue growth or dividends paid during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. The company also expanded its portfolio by incorporating two new wholly owned subsidiaries, AdSolis Pty Ltd and AdCella Pty Ltd. An audit revealed an unmodified opinion with a material uncertainty regarding the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
