Adairs Limited has announced the appointment of Elle Roseby as its new Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, to commence in January 2025. Roseby, an acclaimed retail executive with a successful history at Country Road, Trenery, and other major Australian brands, is expected to leverage her extensive experience to drive the specialty retail group’s growth. The transition will be seamless with outgoing CEO Mark Ronan remaining until early 2025 to ensure a smooth handover.
