Acusensus Director Ups Stake with New Share Acquisition

Acusensus Ltd (AU:ACE) has released an update.

Acusensus Limited has disclosed a change in director Susan Marie Klose’s interest in the company, with the acquisition of 125,000 ordinary shares across three separate transactions in June 2024. The company provided this information to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, noting that these shares are in addition to Klose’s existing holdings of 125,000 shares and 250,000 options.
