Acuity RM Group plc has successfully raised £1 million through a combination of placing and subscription shares to fund its strategic initiatives, including developing its STREAM® software for enhanced capabilities and better user experience. The fundraise will focus on expanding the sales team, increasing marketing activities, and investing in new product development. The company’s Executive Chairman and Executive Director, among others, have also increased their shareholdings, reflecting confidence in Acuity’s growth trajectory.
