Acuity RM Group PLC has announced internal share transfers by directors Nick Clark and Angus Forrest, with no change to their overall beneficial ownership. Clark’s spouse sold and repurchased the same number of shares in a different account, while Forrest moved shares into his ISA, both at a price of 3.1 pence per share. These transactions maintain Clark and Forrest’s stakes at 6.0% and 3.6% of the company’s voting share capital, respectively.
