The latest update is out from Drumz ( (GB:ACRM) ).
Acuity RM Group reported that its trading subsidiary has been profitable every month since October 2025, with first-quarter 2026 revenues of £441,000, 86% of which are recurring subscriptions, and administrative expenses down 37% year on year. Contract wins worth £619,000, including work for the British Government and a North American bank, have lifted forward contracted revenue to £2.15 million, improving near-term visibility.
The company launched STREAM Cloud in March, a SaaS version of its cyber risk platform aimed at the underserved private-sector mid-market, complementing its existing STREAM Classic and Vendor Management Hub offerings. Acuity is also advancing an AI-native product and plans to deploy artificial intelligence across product, marketing and operations, a move expected to support scalable growth, strengthen its cybersecurity portfolio and sharpen its competitive position in the expanding cyber GRC market.
Spark’s Take on ACRM Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ACRM is a Neutral.
The score is primarily weighed down by weak financial performance—ongoing losses and negative operating/free cash flow—despite strong gross margins and low leverage. Technicals are moderately supportive in the short-to-medium term (price above 20/50/100-day averages and positive MACD) but are tempered by an overbought RSI and a still-weaker long-term trend (below the 200-day average). Valuation remains a concern because the negative P/E reflects unprofitable operations.
