Activeport Group Limited ( (AU:ATV) ) has shared an update.

Activeport reported a solid third quarter for FY26, with recurring software licence revenue rising 22% and overall SaaS income remaining within guidance, while cash receipts from customers jumped 27% and cash on hand, including an expected R&D grant, effectively lifted to $3.7 million. The company highlighted strong business development momentum, including a trial order from one of the world’s largest data centre operators, and flagged a sharply expanding Q4 project pipeline spanning Asia, India, Canada and Australia.

Activeport is also preparing to launch its Neocloud platform in the second half of 2026, a turnkey AI infrastructure offering for data centres that pairs AMD APU hardware with its software to deliver AI inference services at a fraction of the cost and power usage of many competing solutions, potentially opening AI infrastructure to mid-tier operators. In parallel, the group is building on its successful network-as-a-service deployment with Telekom Malaysia to pursue similar telco rollouts across multiple regions, while its Australian edge network and FibreconX-backed last-mile services are expected to drive higher NBN revenue as customer migrations to its own infrastructure complete in the June quarter.
