Activeport Group Ltd has announced a new securities issue, set to offer a total of 265,081,143 ordinary fully paid shares and 88,360,381 options exercisable at $0.10 each, expiring in November 2027. The offer will commence on October 14, 2024, with an expected issue date of November 8, 2024. This move aims to enable investors to partake in the company’s growth through a standard pro rata issue, which can be either renounceable or non-renounceable.
