Activeport Group Ltd has successfully closed a working capital agreement, following Radian Arc’s B-round fundraising of up to $15M to expand cloud gaming and AI services. Activeport, which earns $1M annually in recurring revenue from software licensing to Radian Arc, anticipates revenue growth as the partnership scales up cloud gaming sites and AI application hosting. With a subscriber base of over 2.5 billion, the partnership is poised to become a significant channel for game publishers and AI developers.
