ACS, Actividades de Construcción y Servicios S.A., has successfully issued 5,130,462 new shares following the capital increase from the May 10, 2024, Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting. This issuance is part of an optional dividend system and the new shares are now trading on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia Stock Exchanges.
