ACS Group and its subsidiary, Iridium Infraestructuras, will receive $1.732 billion from the State of Texas for the early termination of the SH-288 highway concession. This sum includes $524 million specifically allocated to Iridium Infraestructuras. Despite the contract’s termination, there will be no significant impact on ACS Group’s consolidated net profit for the year 2024.
