ACS Actividades de Construcción y Servicios S.A. has announced changes to its board with the resignation of Mr. Antonio Botella García and the appointment of Mr. Isidro Fainé Casas as a new director and First Vice-President. The changes, which include a representative from shareholder Criteria Caixa S.A.U., will stand until the next General Shareholders’ Meeting.
