Acrow Director Boland Ups Shareholding

Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited (AU:ACF) has released an update.

Steven Boland, a director of Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 50,000 ordinary shares at $1.10 each, as disclosed in the latest director’s interest notice. Following the transaction, Boland now directly and indirectly holds a total of 5,017,768 ordinary shares alongside 2,303,862 long-term variable remuneration performance rights. The shares were acquired in an on-market trade, with no disposals reported.
