AcroMeta Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr Guo Jinyao and Mr Toh Ker How as Executive Directors, effective from 1 August 2024. In a significant boardroom shuffle, Mr Lim Say Chin will step down as Chairman but will continue as CEO, while Mr Mahtani Bhagwandas will take over as the new Non-Executive Chairman.
