Amsterdam Commodities N.V. (Acomo) has announced the appointment of Mirjam van Thiel as the new Group CFO effective from October 1, 2024, and plans to nominate her as an Executive Director to the Board, subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary meeting. Van Thiel brings a wealth of experience from her current role as Finance Director Americas at Friesland Campina and past senior positions at HJ Heinz. She is set to join Acomo’s existing management team and contribute to the company’s growth in the global food ingredients market.
