Amsterdam Commodities N.V. (Acomo) has received a favorable interim court decision in the lawsuit filed by a supplier, where the penalty clause of EUR 55 million claimed by the supplier was declared invalid. However, the supplier is entitled to a loss of commission claim, which is estimated to be less than EUR 1 million if the court’s final decision is in Acomo’s favor. Additionally, Acomo’s subsidiary Tradin has a pending favorable judgment from an English court for over EUR 1.5 million against the same supplier.
